Our multi-talented team includes our very own plant master and low-country native, Cindy Edward. Her family roots date back to the 1770s in the town of Smoaks, SC, where the 315 acre family farm has stood largely untouched beyond serving as a tree farm. Since moving back in 2018, Cindy has cleared five acres of land that will be dedicated to growing produce for Chasing Sage.
The menu at Chasing Sage is influenced by our passion for local produce and seeking out pristine ingredients. We already have a large variety of herbs and fruits trees underway and can’t wait to begin to harvest more produce as the farm develops.
